Fixed the single quote issue in RSS Feed Plugin (No Charges)

Notes We fixed this earlier using rtrim() function. But suddenly it stopped working so, now we have fixed this using conventional PHP substr() and mb_substr() functions.

We have also pushed this fix in the WordPress plugin repository:
